These are the times that players should arrive at the weigh-in. In order to reduce the numbers in the dojo to prevent the spread of Covid, please do not arrive before your weigh-in time and please leave once medals have been presented, which will be as soon as we can do so once your category has finished.

If you are delayed on the day due to traffic, road closures and so on, please ring us on 07761122977. We will try to hold your category back, although we cannot guarantee this.

Please do not bring any more spectators than you can help. We normally welcome extra spectators, but just for now we would appreciate it if you can keep spectators to a minimum.

Please DO NOT attend the event if you have covid symptoms, or have had a positive test and not yet had an “all-clear”, or have been in close contact with anybody who has had either. This will protect everybody in the judo community. If a player is unable to compete, we will issue a refund or a credit to a future event.
